Tianchang XinHang Arts and Crafts Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of various kinds of plush toys and pet toys.It was established in 2017 and has more than 200 staffs. The factory covers an area of 20,000 ㎡, the building area of the factory is 16, 000 ㎡. Our factory has the modern workshops with advanced equipments. The workshops are equipped with a whole set of plush toys production line which includes the punch, laser, embroidery, sewing, packaging.

Our factory is located in Tianchang city,China,where is near Nanjing airport and Shanghai port. The traffic is very convenient.

 The products are mainly exported to the European Union, America, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, etc. During many years, our products have been highly appreciated with advantages of high quality, fist-rate service and reasonable price. We have certificate of ISO9001 ,BSCI,Disney and Sedex now and we will get more certificate in this fields in the future.

Q1:What is your company type?

A: Manufacture & Trade company

Q2: What kind of plush toys you can make?

A: We always do custom designs, OEM/ODM also welcome

Q3: Can you define the custom?

A: Which means we can develop the plush toys as per your designs (artwork/pictures...), we can add your logo on the toys, embroidered or printed as per your requirements, we can do the package based on your designs...

Q4: About the sample please clarify?

A: We can provide samples, but based on costs, for simple one always us$100/pc, taking 7 working days around, for complicated one will be us$200 or more, depends on your designs. All sample costs are refundable after your order matches MOQ.

Q5: If we have many types, but each with small qty, can you start with us?

A: Yes, we can try, only if you can accept the high unit costs. As you know this will be hard to handle, surely some extra costs added.

Q6: What about the shippment?

A: We always do FOB/CIF/DDU/express trade terms. We do have our own agent, then CIF can be your choice, if you had your own forwarder, then FOB can be done.

Shipping can be by sea/air/express, it is your call.
